On May 29, 2009, a draft modification of the New Jersey Unified State Plan PY 2009 was posted on this site for public comment and review.  Proposed Waivers and Workforce Investment Act and Wagner Peyser Performance Targets for PY 2009 were also posted at that time.  No public comments or responses were received as of the July 1, 2009 posting of the final New Jersey Unified State Plan modification.
